Do your products work for all hair types?Yes, our products work for all hair types.
Do your products really work?Yes, our products were chemically formulated to work very well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may see results in 30 days.
How soon can I see results?Results will vary per person. We advise that you use exclusively only our products consistently for at least 30 days before seeing results as some customers have had results in as little as a week.
Are your products only for natural hair?No, our products work well on natural, relaxed and colored hair.

Do your products help with alopecia (hair loss / thinning)?We have had a number of customers with alopecia to see results from using our products, but we would always advise you to discuss with a medical professional before using.
Do your products help with various skin conditions such as dandruff, sehorrheic dermatitis and psoriasis?We have had a number of customers with all three skin conditions and have seen results from using our products, but we would always advise you to discuss with a medical professional before using.
Can your products be used on men and children?Yes. The youngest customer we’ve had was as young as 1 years old. Please consult with medical professional prior to using on young children.
What is my hair type?Type 1 – Straight Hair
Type 2 – Wavy Hair
Type 3 – Curly Hair
Type 4 – Coily / Kinky Hair
Fine – Can’t hold curls very well.
Medium – Easy to style & hold shape.
Coarse – Can hold curls well but often difficult to style.
What is my hair porosity?
Low porosity – Floats at surface doesn’t absorb easily.
Normal porosity – Floats above bottom, absorbs moisture easily.
High porosity – Floats at bottom, absorbs moisture too quick.
What are the different growth phases?
There are four growth phases. Anagen, catagen telogen and exogen. Anagen phase is the growth phase. It lasts between two to eight years. Catagen phase is the transitional phase. It lasts two to three weeks. Hair follicles shrinks during this phase. Telegen phase is the resting phase. It usually lasts two to four months. Exogen is the shedding phase. It last from two to five months. This phase is where new hair follicles come in and the older hair falls out.
Depending on your ethnicity, it will determine how fast your hair grows.
Asians have Type 1 & Type 2 hair types which consists of straight and wavy hair. Their hair follicle is round shaped. It is the most dominant hair type in the world that grows the fastest at 1.3 cm per month (a little over 0.5 inches) and over 6 inches per year. They tend to have high porosity which absorbs and retains moisture the quickest.
Caucasians have Type 1, Type 2 & Type 3 hair types which consists of straight, wavy and curly hair. Their hair follicle varies, but mainly oval shaped. It grows normal at 1.2 cm per month (0.4 inches) up to 5 inches per year. They tend to have normal porosity which absorbs and retains moisture easily.
African Americans have Type 4 hair type which consists of coily & kinky hair. Their hair follicle oval to elliptical shaped. It grows the slowest at 0.9 cm per month (0.3 inches) a little over 4 inces per year. They tend to have low porosity which doesn’t absorb moisture easily.
What are some causes of hair loss?There are many factors that can cause of hair loss, such as:
Hereditary, age, alopecia, cancer treatment, childbirth, illness, stress, hairstyles that are too tight, hormonal imbalance, scalp infection, medication, scalp psoriasis, pulling your hair unknowingly to relieve stress which is called trichotillomania, sexually transmitted infection (STI), thyroid disease, also too little biotin, iron, protein and zinc.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.00.
Yes we ship outside of the United States. All International (Domestic) orders will ship based on desired form of shipping. Due to the Customs handling processes, deliveries may take up to 10 business days. International custom fees are are not included and not covered by My Crown My Glory, LLC.
Shipping costs varies depending on your order and shipping address.
All standard orders will ship within 3-5 business days (Excludes weekends, holidays & inclement weather).
